Hello and welcome to Get In Shape Guys website. We’re just a couple of guys who happen to have jobs that glue us to a chair throughout the day and it’s a bit of a struggle to try and get in shape. To help us get motivated we decided to put together a site where we can share our successes, failures, progress and stories along the way. We are both computer programmers and family men so taking time out to try and get in shape has always been a bit of a challenge. That’s where this site comes in. We’ll be sharing with you everything about our weight, diet, progression (hopefully not regression), moods, etc. throughout the coming days, weeks, months, and maybe even years if this catches on.
We hope to help inspire others to get in shape as well as share their own stories. We’ll be providing our honest opinion on workouts, routines, diets and maybe even a gadget here and there that we find useful in our daily progression.
If at any time you have questions or comments or would just like to drop a line for any reason, please don’t hesitate to contact us or reply to one our posts. We’d love to hear from you and will do our best to respond to each message we receive.
Remember, stay motivated and make time to get in shape or stay in shape. An hour a day every couple of days isn’t too much to ask and you might have to sacrifice a little sleep to do it, but you’ll definitely feel better and have more energy to put into the things you love to do.
