Hello everyone. My name is Lu and I am an overweight developer looking to get in shape and help others do the same.  I am part of the Get In Shape Guys podcast and I hope that my partner in weight loss and I will be able to provide plenty of information about nutrition and workouts for you. This site is a journey that I have been procrastinating about for quite some time. As you can see from my initial pictures, I am a large boy…with a dash of sexy. Yes, I do have a sense of humor that I love to exercise often. Have fun with that and our chronicles on getting in shape.

Lose Weight and Get in Shape Starting Today

The fact that you’re reading this means that you want to get in shape for one reason or another.  Maybe you’re like us in that you lead a very sedentary lifestyle due to your job and your long commute, or maybe you had an injury that kept you inactive, or maybe you’re a woman that just had a baby.  There’s any number of reasons why you aren’t in shape and really, to be totally honest, none of the reasons you are where you are in your physical condition really matter all that much.  It’s what you’re going to do about it starting today that really matters.
